About the Program
Study living organisms, their structure, function, and behavior, as well as their interactions with the environment covering a wide range of topics, including genetics, ecology, cellular and molecular biology, physiology, microbiology, and evolution. Hands-on laboratory work, fieldwork, and research projects to help students gain practical skills and experience.
What can I do with this degree?
Courses in biology can provide an entry into a variety of certificate and degree pathways in health sciences. Students pursuing biology coursework often transfer to four-year colleges or universities to pursue additional degrees in the medical profession, laboratory science, and more.
