RVC Athletics takes on Region 4 Tournament in Madison

This weekend, the city of Madison, Wisconsin will play host to an extraordinary sports event, as the Rock Valley College Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, and Women’s Volleyball teams prepare to compete in the NJCAA Region 4 DII Tournaments. What makes this event even more remarkable is that this is the first time both soccer teams have advanced to the regional finals in the same season.


RVC Launches ECACE Grant Scholarship for Early Childhood Education

Rock Valley College is proud to announce the launch of the Early Childhood Access Consortium for Equity (ECACE) grant scholarship, a groundbreaking program that provides students with the opportunity to earn their degree or certificate in early childhood education while gaining valuable experience in the field.


RVC Charged Up by New Electric Vehicle Repair Courses

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, electric vehicle sales could reach 40% of total passenger car sales by 2023. The increase in electric vehicles on the road means an increased demand for skilled technicians to service those vehicles. Thanks to a grant from the Illinois Green Economy Network (IGEN), Rock Valley College has developed a training program to answer the call.
