Employer Partner Guidelines

Employers must register and be approved in order to post jobs and conduct resume searches. Job opportunities that are ineligible for listing for the consortium include but are not limited to the following:

  • Third party recruiting agencies may post jobs. However, the resume review search tool will not be available to third party agencies, i.e. Manpower, Select Staffing, Accountemps
  • In-home situations, i.e. Adult & childcare, tutors
  • Independent businesses/marketing/pyramids, i.e. insurance agents, business contractors, Cutco.
  • Independent sales opportunities, i.e. Avon, Longaberger, Pampered Chef, Vector Marketing.
  • Commission only opportunities
  • Any opportunity which requires job seekers to provide a monetary commitment or solicit funds from family, friends or others in order to be hired or participate in an internship or position.
